Albert R. Cease

         Albert is DC's father and Mary's father-in-law.  Albert grew up in Hayward and Decoto.  He lived in Fremont for the last 43 years.  He worked at United Can Company in Hayward for 38 years where he retired as a Leadman in the Maintenance Department in 1996.  Albert coached DC's baseball teams in the 70's and 80's.  Albert was very involved in DC's life and was there is he needed anything.  He was an awesome father, friend, and "go-to" guy.  Albert also walked Mary down the isle during their wedding.  He will be GREATLY MISSED!!!

ALBERT ROY CEASE b. April 29,1936  d. April 24,2011  -being strong in his Christian Faith, he is now with our Lord Jesus Christ.

Army Sgt. Timothy Craig Kiser

        Tim Kiser was a friend of DC's.  DC played baseball with Tim when they were 13, 14, and 15 years old.  Tim and DC went to high school together and graduated from Irvington High School in Fremont, California.  They graduated in 1986.  DC hadn't seen Tim since high school, but when he heard the news on Monday Morning.....and even since he hadn't seen him in almost 20 years, he knew he lost a friend.

        Tim was killed in Iraq on April 28th, 2005
